Located in downtown Weaverville just minutes from Asheville, our venue combines a light-filled timber-frame hall, Bamboo Gardens, modern amenities, and event support for gatherings of up to 200 guests cocktail-style or approximately 150–160 seated.
A 15-foot projection screen, ultra-short-throw 4K laser projector, wireless microphone, and professional sound equipment are available by arrangement. Our team will help confirm the right setup for presentations, training sessions, panel discussions, and company-wide meetings.
Move beyond a traditional conference room. Flexible indoor and outdoor spaces give teams room to focus, collaborate, connect, and celebrate, with access to the Bamboo Gardens and cocktail patio between sessions.
Our team can assist with room layouts, timelines, vendor recommendations, bar planning, and event logistics. Additional staffing and coordination services are quoted based on scope and guest count.
Choose a licensed and insured outside caterer that fits your program and budget. Caterers have access to our commercial catering kitchen and are responsible for properly staffing food service and cleanup unless supplemental Weaver House staffing is arranged.
Weaver House provides all alcoholic beverage service. Choose prepaid, host-paid consumption, or guest-paid service, with beer, wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, spirits, and nonalcoholic selections available.
