Every wedding has different priorities. Weaver House offers flexible venue packages and individually quoted enhancements based on your date, guest count, layout, and selected services. Our team will help you understand the options and build a clear proposal around the experience you want to create.
Every wedding must have qualified professional planning and day-of coordination functions approved by Weaver House. One professional may fill both roles when qualified and approved. Couples may choose Weaver House full-service planning or day-of coordination, or work with approved outside professionals.
Weaver House welcomes licensed and insured outside caterers. Our commercial catering kitchen supports professional food preparation and service, and our trusted vendor network can help simplify your search. Caterers are responsible for properly staffing setup, service, bussing, breakdown, and kitchen restoration unless additional Weaver House staffing is arranged.
All alcoholic beverage service is provided exclusively by the Weaver House team. Choose from prepaid packages, host-paid consumption, or guest-paid service, with beer, wine, sparkling wine, spirits, cocktails, and nonalcoholic options available.
House tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, and plates are included in venue packages. Linens are selected and rented from a third party with no Weaver House markup; our team coordinates delivery and pickup. Specialty flatware and other rentals may also be sourced through outside vendors. Additional items and services are quoted individually.
Our primary ceremony settings are the front entrance and the gazebo/waterfall, with additional locations available for smaller groups. Rain-plan options may include the covered front porch or another approved layout developed with the planning team.
We host one event per day, giving you and your guests private use of the contracted venue spaces without another celebration competing for attention.
Weaver House welcomes up to 200 guests for cocktail-style events. Seated weddings generally accommodate approximately 150 guests depending on the floor plan, dining style, dance area, and circulation needs.
