Whether you are raising funds, building awareness, recognizing supporters, or bringing your community together, Weaver House offers a flexible and memorable setting in the heart of Weaverville, just minutes from Asheville.
Host up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception or approximately 150–160 guests for a seated program, depending on layout. Combine our timber-frame Main Hall with the Bamboo Gardens, cocktail patio, covered porch, and other approved gathering spaces.

From donor receptions and silent auctions to galas, presentations, benefit dinners, and community programs, each event is quoted around your date, guest count, room layout, bar service, staffing, and selected enhancements.
Presentation and Production Options
Projection, microphone, sound, and lighting equipment are available by arrangement to support presentations, videos, auctions, entertainment, and donor recognition. Our team will confirm the appropriate equipment and staffing for your program.
Outside Catering and Bar Service
Licensed and insured outside caterers are welcome to use our commercial catering kitchen. All alcoholic beverage service is provided exclusively by Weaver House, with prepaid, host-paid, and guest-paid options available alongside nonalcoholic selections.
Planning Support Scaled to Your Event
Weaver House can assist with venue logistics, layouts, timelines, vendor recommendations, and bar planning. Full planning, coordination, event staffing, rentals, and specialty services are available when included in your written proposal; they are not automatically included with every venue rental.
Vendor Network
We are happy to recommend trusted local caterers, rental companies, production partners, florists, photographers, and other professionals. Clients select and contract directly with outside vendors unless a written proposal states otherwise.
