Gather in our handcrafted timber-frame hall, enjoy the Bamboo Gardens and cocktail patio, or create an indoor-outdoor flow for brunch, lunch, tea, games, gifts, photographs, and conversation. We host one event per day, giving your group private use of the contracted spaces.
Food and Beverage Flexibility
Choose a licensed and insured outside caterer whose menu and service style fit your celebration. Weaver House provides all alcoholic beverage service, with prepaid, host-paid, and guest-paid options plus beer, wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, spirits, mocktails, and other nonalcoholic selections.
Furnishings and Rentals
Available venue packages may include house tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, and plates. Linens are selected from a third-party rental provider with no Weaver House markup, and our team can coordinate delivery and pickup. Specialty décor, rental pieces, planning, and staffing are quoted according to your event’s needs.
Planning Support
Our team will help you understand the venue, layout options, vendor requirements, and available services. Additional planning or coordination support may be added through a personalized proposal rather than being automatically included with every rental.
Capacity and Pricing
Weaver House can host up to 200 guests cocktail-style or approximately 150–160 seated, depending on the layout. Pricing is based on the date, guest count, access time, service needs, and selected options.
